Why Suffering in Silence is Harmful

Over 264 million people worldwide are affected by depression, around 30-60% of people with depression don't reach out or get the help they need. Those who reach out and use therapeutic resources are 30% less likely to attempt suicide. This highlights the importance of getting help or reaching out. 720,000 people attempt suicide yearly; that's 82 people every hour. Mental health is drastically overlooked and not taken seriously. So lets make that change.
Our Mission
Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding mental health. We hope that our shirts can foster a community, a community that's safe and can help others struggling. This is more than just a brand, it's a mission. We want mental health to not be overlooked, and for people to get the help they need. We want to change the world and end the silence.
